The student may accomplish their first supervised solo flight if they
display the required level of safety and competence. MAKE NO
COMPROMISE WITH SAFETY. If the student is not competent, do not
gamble with inconsistencies. This unit may be conducted at either
MDH or MWA airport.

After passing the pre-solo knowledge test, the student should display
the ability to successfully perform their first supervised solo flight.  The
student must solo the aircraft for this unit to be completed.
