AF 201B Unit 20 Solo Cross Country Flight Lesson 12

201B Solo ops limited to 15kts surface wind or less.

1.5 Solo XC

The student will plan and conduct a VFR solo cross country utilizing pilotage, dead reckoning and radio aids (optional) that consists of:

  1. minimum of 1.5 hours in duration
  2. a total distance of at least 100 nautical miles
  3. At least 2 legs with at least one leg that consists of a total straight line distance of more than 50 nautical miles.

This lesson requires 1.5 hours of Solo Cross Country Time. The student will conduct a VFR solo cross country utilizing pilotage, dead reckoning and radio aids(optional).
